Deposit is to be paid on booking and the remaining balance paid on the day of consultation. Deposit is non refundable and deducted off total cost of session.
I require 72 hours notice of cancellation from the time your appointment is booked. You are required to pay in full for any session not attended or cancelled outside the 72 hour window.
The client is fully responsible for making decisions about their health and wellbeing at all times.
The client must share with myself any medical diagnosis, medication or supplements they are taking as this can impact what advice and guidance I provide.
