Online Full Health Screen:
If you have booked for an online appointment I will need you to send me a DNA sample such as some hair, nail clippings or DNA on a cotton swab. I use these to run your scans which achieves the same accuracy with results as precise as it would if you was in person. Once I have received your sample we book your appointment for a telephone consultation to discuss all of your results.
24 hours before your appointment I send your scan reports via email.
At your appointment I present you with your health picture, explain your results, answer any questions you have and discuss your health care plan. Your balancing remedies are then posted to you within 24 hours.
In person Full Health Screen:
You can visit me at my clinic in Orpington, Kent.
You will be required to hold two hand masses to run your scans.
Results and health care plan are discussed at the appointment and you are provided with you balancing energetic remedies.
Health care plans can include various practical techniques such as breathwork, nutritional recommendations, supplementation, hypnosis recordings and energy medicine. Health care plans are emailed to you after your consulatation.
Alternatively for those who dont want a "health care plan" I would just use the Qest4 system to discover root causes of issues and provide you with your balancing energetic remedies.

Sometimes our issues can be surface level and easy to clear other times the issues can be more deep rooted and more complex to clear.
Once you’ve been scanned your body communicates with the system and provides a suggested length of time for you take the remedy, anything from 4-8 weeks.
Some clients find that after just one session the issues they have been having resolve, they feel well and decide they don’t need any more.
Some clients who have had more longer term, complex and or chronic issues, I suggest they may make regular appointments so we can work through the different layers. Once they have resolved issues many people like to book 2-3 sessions a year to maintain overall balance.
We retest your previous scans and see what, if any issues still remain. For anything that remains I may add more support remedies and adjust your existing health/lifestyle plan. Run new scans to see what the body would like to address now. You are also provided with a new course of energetic remedies.
